Shipping Policy -
- Please note couriers do not ship to PO Boxes. If shipping to a PO Box is required please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable arrangement.
- All orders received before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped within two business days.
- All products ship from our Southern Ontario location. Shipping times are estimates. Due to COVID19, shipping couriers are not currently guaranteeing shipping times, but in most cases the actual shipping times are equal or less than the estimated time. Typically within Ontario and Quebec shipping times are 1 - 2 business days, for central Canada and New Brunswick, 2 -3 business days, and for B.C., Nova Scotia, and P.E.I. 4 -5 business days.
- Shipping rates for Newfoundland, Yukon & NWT are not listed. If ordering from one of these locations please contact us for shipping rates.
- International Shipping - We currently ship to the contiguous lower 48 United States. Shipping times are estimated to be between 3 -7 business days
