Are all the products you sell listed on the website? 

No, not everything we have for sale is listed here. If you found something for sale through one of our other sales channels but don't see it here feel free to contact us by message, email or phone call.

Are you a dropship company? 

We are not a dropship company. All of the products we sell are in stock in Southern Ontario and ready to ship or pick up locally. Unlike many dropship sites out there, when you order from Ontario Surplus you won't have to wait weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping times do vary depending on the final destination, but most orders arrive at your door within 2 - 3 business days from the time it was placed.

Is local pick up available?                 

Absolutely. If you prefer to pick up your item in person rather than have it shipped  you can choose this option at checkout. Pick up is free so that means even more savings for you. Often pick up can be arranged for the same day if required.

What does Open Box mean?                 

It simply means the box is not factory sealed. In many cases this is simply to verify contents. All open box products have undergone a rigorous inspection and are guaranteed to be unused, complete, and free from defect.

Do you offer any warranty? 

All products sold on Ontario Surplus come with a 30 day guarantee against defect or misrepresentation. Manufacturer's warranties may or may not apply on purchases made on our website and are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. 

 

Why am I not able to get a shipping rate for an item?
  • If calculated shipping is currently not available for an item you are interested in purchasing please contact us using the "Chat With Us" button , send us an email or call us at 519-670-7284 to place an order

 

I need an item quickly! Are faster shipping times available?
  • Yes, in most cases faster shipping times are available at a higher shipping rate. If you require an item yesterday and don't mind paying a bit more for it contact us and we will let you know what is available.

 

What happens if I purchase an item and want to return it?                 
  • Please see our return policy here.

 

I saw an item here yesterday but when I came back today it was gone. Will you be getting more in?
  • We are a liquidation company. As such some items are in limited supply and we cannot guarantee they will be back in stock.

 

Order Information

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We do ship internationally, however, due to the size of some products, there may be shipping restrictions on these items. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!
