Is local pick up available?                 

Absolutely. If you prefer to pick up your item in person rather than have it shipped  you can choose this option at checkout.Often pick up can be arranged for the same day if required.

Do you offer any guarantee? 

Ontario Surplus provides a  30 day guarantee against deficiency or misrepresentation all products sold except products listed "as is". While manufacturer's warranties may apply on purchases made on our website , they are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. 

Why am I not able to get a shipping rate for an item?
  • If calculated shipping is currently not available for an item you are interested in purchasing please contact us using the "Chat With Us" button , send us an email or call us at 519-670-7284 to place an order

     

    What happens if I purchase an item and want to return it?

      Order Information

      Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

      We do ship internationally, however, due to the size of some products, there may be shipping restrictions on these items. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!
