Is local pick up available?                 

Absolutely. If you prefer to pick up your item in person rather than have it shipped  you can choose this option at checkout.Often pick up can be arranged for the same day if required.

Do you offer any guarantee? 

Ontario Surplus provides a  30 day guarantee against deficiency or misrepresentation on all products sold except products listed "as is". While manufacturer's warranties may apply on purchases made on our website , they are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. 

Why am I not able to get a shipping rate for an item?
